| There is a downloadable section on the home page of this site but unlike a Clymer or Haynes manual it DOES NOT show specific jobs.
To replace the starter motor
1) remove the bolts from the end cases both end but leave the bottom 3 on each end.
2) Remove the bolts from the bottom of the main case both sides
3) remove the bolt on rectangular door
4) you can now lift the cover to one side but dont need to remove it
5) with a spanner you can JUST get to the top bolt and 1 flat at a time remove it. The bottom bolt is easy.
6) remove and replace starter
Easy takes me about 45 minutes start to finish. good Luck |
