Qualifications of Business Partner:
1. In three consecutive years the sales proportion is over 65% or certain product line market share reaches 70% in the local market.
2. Price of main products is in middle or higher level of Kipor price system. Nominated exclusive distributors are exceptional.
3. At least three years cooperation history with Kipor.
4. Repeat order within 60 days and have regular purchase plan with Kipor.
5. Be faithful to Kipor brand, make regular promotion for Kipor brand and provide promotion materials every half year.
6. In case of OEM, must be strategically important to Kipor or its brand has big influence in the local market.
7. Quarterly feedback on its spare parts and product stock.
8. Good credit record, no payment in arrears.
9. No dumpling or online sales under distribution price.
10. Sufficient service network and service staff to support its after service in the sales territory.
11.Regular attendance to Kipor service or new product training.
12. No direct sales to end users via online sales like E-Bay, auction or mail-order by brochure posting.
Qualifications of Platinum Customer
1. In two consecutive years the sales proportion is over 35% or annual sales increase is over 50%, or certain product line market share reaches 50% in the local market.
2. Price of main products is in middle or higher level of Kipor price system. Nominated exclusive distributors are exceptional.
3. Regular purchase of spare parts for after service purpose.
4. Good credit record, no payment in arrears.
5. Repeat order within 60 days and have regular purchase plan with Kipor.
6. Sufficient service network and service staff or a contracted third party to support its after service in the sales territory.
7. No direct sales to end users via online sales like E-Bay, auction or mail-order by brochure posting.
Qualifications of Gold Customer
Good business relations with Kipor
1. At least three orders annually with Kipor.
2. Good credit record, no payment in arrears
3. Provide after service within its sales territory.
4. No direct sales to end users via online sales like E-Bay, auction or mail-order by brochure posting.
